Call Center 101 Training & Recruitment Center began in 2017 as a platform for job advertisements. Adapting to the shifts of the 2020 pandemic, we transformed into a comprehensive training hub committed to launching careers in the BPO industry.

Recognizing the need for more than just basic guidance, we designed programs that help applicants secure employment faster and with confidence.

In 2025, we continued to expand our courses, most recently with our VA Program. This empowers students to find their niche and explore outsourcing opportunities both locally and globally.
