Call Center 101 Training & Recruitment Center began in 2017 as a platform for job advertisements. With the shifts brought by the 2020 pandemic, we evolved into a full training hub dedicated to preparing individuals for careers in the BPO industry.
Recognizing the need for more than just basic guidance, we designed programs that help applicants secure employment faster and with confidence.
In 2025, we continue to expand our courses most recently with our VA Program. Empowering students to find their niche and explore outsourcing opportunities both locally and globally.

My journey began in the fast paced world of BPO more than 15 years ago. Like many professionals, I was eager to grow but often unsure if I was on the right path. The long shifts taught me discipline, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure lessons that later became the foundation of something greater.
Eventually, I discovered the Virtual Assistant industry. What started as a leap into the unknown became a turning point in my career. I chose to bet on myself, learn new skills, and transform years of experience into an opportunity that offered greater freedom, purpose, and impact.
As of 2025, I am a Virtual Assistant and Trainer at CC101 Training & Recruitment Center, where I support clients, mentor aspiring Virtual Assistants, and guide BPO professionals who dream of making the same transition I once made.
My passion is helping others realize that change is not only possible. It’s powerful. With the right mindset, proper training, and a strong support system, anyone can step out of uncertainty and build a career they can truly be proud of.

I spent the first decade of my career truly understanding what makes customers tick. Working across different industries provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, which eventually launched me into the fast-paced world of sales in 2021. I quickly realized that I loved the adrenaline of the role. especially the challenge of turning a “no” into a “yes” and the satisfaction of consistently exceeding my goals.
That drive to succeed naturally evolved into a desire to lead others. I shifted my focus from solely achieving my own numbers to helping others reach theirs. My work transformed into building teams from the ground up. hiring the right people, training them, and providing the coaching they needed to thrive. There is nothing quite as rewarding as mentoring a group of individuals and watching them develop the confidence to exceed their targets.
In my last role, my focus was on the big picture. I managed operations across the APAC region, working closely with senior leadership to make the business run smoother and faster. Whether I was forecasting revenue, automating workflows, or coordinating with outside partners, my goal was simple: I wanted to remove obstacles so that teams could do their best work and the business could grow efficiently.
